The usual fortnightly Friday appointment with SECRET ORIGINS leaves room for the very special 100th EPISODE (Thursday 10 October 2013 - Friday 26 July 2024) of the HISTORY OF THE WEST written for us by Wilson Vieira.

We are celebrating the 100th appointment with the History of the West by Wilson Vieira - comic artist, writer and historian of the Brazilian border, as well as our great friend!
You will read the gripping adventures of Charlie Siringo, a multifaceted character who in his life went from being a cowboy to that of a detective, from that of a writer to that of a consultant for the nascent Hollywood film industry.
And then a look at the famous characters he met in his adventurous life.
The illustrations were selected and inserted into the text by Vieira himself. Before moving on to the hundredth episode we bring you a special greeting for the occasion, from our Wilson:
"Finally, dear friends, we have reached the hundredth essay dedicated to the various truly important characters in those wild and dusty lands here on DIME WEB/QUADERNI BONELLIANI with: “THE HISTORY OF THE WEST.”
Then come a hundred more Western essays!
Who knows if one day these essays of ours will become a book in Brazil, or in another country!?
Well... only time will give us this answer!
