Ebbene sì, il nostro carissimo Wilson Vieira (lo storico brasiliano del West che ci ha accompagnato in questa nostra avventura dei Quaderni Bonelliani fin dall'inizio - 2013) torna fumettisticamente parlando in Italia!

Ci era già stato molti anni fa, nello Stivale, da disegnatore, ai tempi dello Staff di If di Gianni Bono. 

Adesso Lanciostory, una delle più longeve e nobili riviste del fumetto popolare (popolare?), pubblica il GRINGO© di Wilson a partire dal n. 2528 di settembre! 

Il personaggio - ne abbiamo parlato anche su Dime Web - nasce come antieroe di libri non a fumetti. 

Wilson ne ha realizzata un'intera tetralogia. 

Su Lanciostory verrà invece pubblicato il fumetto, disegnato da Aloisio De Castro.

1980 - I initially created the character and wrote the script for a graphic novel (116 pages); however, finding it impossible to fully develop the long-haired *mestizo’s* personality and sarcasm within a long-running comic book series, I transformed the project into the *GRINGO*© Western literary tetralogy (1224 pages)—thereby achieving the goal I had envisioned from the very start!

1980 - Inizialmente ho creato il personaggio e scritto la sceneggiatura per una graphic novel (116 pagine); tuttavia, ritenendo impossibile sviluppare appieno la personalità e il sarcasmo del *mestizo* dai capelli lunghi nell'ambito di una serie a fumetti di lunga durata, ho trasformato il progetto nella tetralogia letteraria western *GRINGO*© (1224 pagine), realizzando così l'obiettivo che mi ero prefissato fin dall'inizio!

1980 - Inicialmente criei o personagem e escreví o roteiro para uma graphic novel (116 páginas) e na impossibilidade de desenvolver o que tinha imaginado sobre o caráter e sarcasmo do mestizo cabeludo numa série longa em quadrinhos;   transformei-o na Tetralogia Literária Western *GRINGO*© (1224 páginas)...alcançando assim o meu objetivo desejado, desde o início!!

I WAS THE FIRST AND ONLY BRAZILIAN COMIC DRAWER TO DRAW A BONELLI CHARACTER: THE LITTLE RANGER.

Pubblicato inizialmente a strisce, nel 1958, il Piccolo Ranger fu un personaggio di grande successo edito in Italia dalla Daim Press Editore (SBE), con un totale di 255 albi fino al febbraio 1985. 

Scritto inizialmente da Andrea Lavezzolo, le prime edizioni avevano i disegni di Francesco Gamba e Birago Balzano. 

Tra i disegnatori italiani del personaggio c'è anche un solo artista e autore brasiliano: Wilson Vieira.

In Italy published in strips, in 1958, the Little Ranger was a very successful character published in Italy by Daim Press Editore (SBE), with a total of 255 issues up to February 1985.

In Italy written by Andrea Lavezzolo, the first editions had drawings by Francesco Gamba and Birago Balzano.

Among the Italian designers of the character there is also only one Brazilian artist and author: Wilson Vieira.
